Top-of-the-range twin lip rod seal designed to provide a dry sealing solution in heavy-duty applications. The seal’s shell is molded in Hythane® 181, Hallite’s high-performance polyurethane, for easy installation and excellent low temperature performance. Featuring high pressure and high shock load capability, this seal utilizes the same twin lip design found in Hercules®, Sealing Products’ RTU style. With the main body of the seal molded from high performance polyurethane, this seal, incorporates a dynamically designed nitrile energizer and a tough polyacetal anti-extrusion ring. RTUB is capable of, pressures up to 10,000 psi in approved applications.

Utilizing the same profiles as the Style 800 Polyurethane U-Seal line, these u-seals are molded from a fluorocarbon, compound. While being compatible with a broader range of fluids, these fluorocarbon seals will also operate, continuously at temperatures from -20° to +400 °F. Style DSU-BHT symmetrical seals are molded in Freudenberg® AU 30000 urethane. Used interchangeably for piston, or rod sealing. This high tear-resistant urethane demonstrates stability throughout a wide range of temperatures., In addition, this material is well suited to mineral and biodegradable hydraulic fluids as well as being resistant to, hydrolysis.
