Grade 8 lock nuts have a nylon insert in the nut that allows the nut to grab the fastener. This keeps the nut from backing off due to vibration.
Style HRU u-seals are precision molded from 80 Durometer Buna-N rubber. Sizes include those found in Army-Navy spec. AN6226 and narrow cross-section sizes found in J.I.C. cylinders and the popularly termed “Huva Cup”.

MHT-100X125 has a wall thickness of 12.5 mm. The ID is 100 mm and the OD is 125 mm. The material is 1026 Carbon Steel and has been stress-relieved and annealed.
Full mill lengths will be cut to lengths between 12 ft and 19 ft long. Packages longer than 44 inches may have additional freight charges.

The Hallite 533 is capable of withstanding high side loads and preventing metal-to-metal contact between the piston and the bore or the rod and the gland.
The PA 533 material is heat stabilised 33% glass reinforced nylon 66, which offers excellent bearing properties.
Compatible with hydraulic and lubricating oils. The PA 533 material is not recommended for use in water based fluids (HFA) or where significant water is present, due to the swell of the nylon.

Molded of 55D Durometer Hytrel, these back-up rings provide excellent extrusion resistance and tolerance to fluids such as phosphate esters, hydraulic oil and water. Stretched for installation, they return quickly to their original size for easy installation.
